R — REPORTING

Make marketing reports worth reading.
Show the change. Explain the next step.

Use PPC Connect by DIPRA to bring supported client evidence into an AI-assisted reporting workflow. Prepare period comparisons, campaign breakdowns, and a plain-language executive summary that connects performance to the client’s priorities.

WHY IT MATTERS

Clients need a useful explanation, not another export

A report should help the reader understand what happened and what to do next. Start with the business goal, explain material changes, and distinguish recorded performance from recommendations that still need approval.

Compare consistent periods

Use the last completed calendar month against the month before it. Confirm the account timezone and currency so the comparison is meaningful.

Make measurement clear

Keep Google Ads and Microsoft Ads conversions separate from GA4 key events. Identify conversion definitions, missing sources, and any data limitations affecting the conclusions.

Connect findings to decisions

Explain which campaign or channel evidence supports the next action. Give the client a concise list of priorities that can guide the next review.

HOW IT WORKS

Put reporting into your client workflow

  1. 01

    Confirm the brief and mapping

Select the correct client, verify its connected sources, and define the reporting period. Include the business goal and any questions the client needs answered.

  2. 02

    Request the comparison

Ask for totals, percentage changes, platform tables, and campaign or channel breakdowns. Distinguish current Merchant Center diagnostics from historical performance.

  3. 03

    Prepare the client story

Draft an executive summary, explain the biggest changes, and prioritize recommendations. Reporting preferences support agency or custom branding and client identity choices.

  4. 04

    Review before sharing

Check totals, definitions, dates, and the supporting evidence. Automatic monthly generation and delivery are awaiting activation; saved preferences alone do not start delivery.

TIME & COST SAVINGS

Reduce preparation time without rushing the interpretation.

Shared report preferences and reusable briefs can reduce repeated setup and first-draft writing. Invest the recovered time in checking the data, explaining important changes, and preparing for the client conversation.

RESULTS & BUSINESS BENEFITS

Support client retention, growth, and new business

Support renewals

Make completed work, results, and next priorities visible. Clear reporting helps clients assess the engagement and understand what their team is doing.

Grow existing engagements

Use report evidence to explain an additional campaign, measurement review, or research need. Present the purpose, scope, and proposed success measure.

Demonstrate your approach

Use a clearly labeled sample report to show prospective clients how you communicate performance and recommendations. Keep example data distinct from actual client results.

Measure the value in your own business

Track reporting hours per client, corrections before delivery, client questions resolved, and renewal trends. For campaign outcomes, monitor the agreed business measures rather than relying on a single platform total.

PUT REPORTING TO WORK

Start with one client and a focused objective

Prepare one report for the last completed month. Review the comparison and executive summary with the client’s priorities in mind, then use it to plan the next conversation.

Reporting FAQs

What periods do DIPRA monthly marketing reports compare?

Reports are designed to compare the last completed calendar month with the month before it. For example, a November reporting run covers October compared with September.

Can reports use agency and client branding?

The reporting wizard supports agency or custom branding, client names and logos, and choices for colors, fonts, and logo sizes. Review the preview before saving the preferences.

Are scheduled monthly report delivery and Google Drive exports active?

Automatic monthly report generation and delivery are awaiting activation. The reporting wizard saves preferences for email ZIP or Google Drive delivery, but saving those preferences alone does not start automatic delivery.
