Watch the agreed priorities
Select checks relevant to each client, such as account delivery, budget pacing, conversion warnings, or landing-page availability. A useful alert begins with a clear purpose.
Use PPC Connect by DIPRA to configure scheduled account checks and client alerts. Repeat the checks on a defined schedule, surface evidence and coverage gaps, and give your team a more consistent starting point for investigation.
Recurring checks compete with campaigns, reporting, and client requests. A saved schedule helps make the routine work more consistent. Your team still decides which findings need attention and what action is appropriate.

A scheduled check needs access to the required data. Missing evidence should appear as a coverage gap rather than an all-clear result.
Scheduling an alert authorizes the check, not an automatic advertising change. Review the finding and decide how to respond.
Open Explore → Alerts and review each check’s description and required evidence. Choose the checks that match the client’s marketing priorities.
Review or edit the alert name, flags, frequency, time, and timezone. Align the schedule with when your team can review results and respond.
Saving an enabled alert queues background checks on its saved schedule, including while the app is closed. Checks run at scheduled times rather than continuously.
Read the run status, findings, and coverage gaps. Investigate relevant issues, record the response, and edit or disable checks that are no longer useful.
Scheduled checks can reduce repeated manual account inspections and the effort of remembering what to review. Measure the benefit after including alert review and investigation time; a noisy schedule can create extra work instead of removing it.
| Task | Connected workflow | What to measure |
|---|---|---|
| Budget monitoring | Schedule pacing, overspend, or underspend checks. | Manual-check hours and useful findings. |
| Conversion review | Run recurring checks for available warning evidence. | Review time and issue response time. |
| Account health | Check supported delivery and availability signals. | Checks completed and coverage gaps. |
| Ongoing client service | Use findings to prepare reviewed follow-up actions. | Investigation hours and resolved issues. |
Compare the same task before and after adoption, including review time. Estimate the value of hours saved using your internal hourly cost, then account for subscription fees and any research charges.
Review launch pricing and your client cost estimateA consistent review cadence helps your team follow through on the monitoring included in an engagement. Explain meaningful findings and responses in client conversations.
Use reusable checks to reduce repetitive preparation as the client list grows. Plan capacity around the time needed to investigate findings, not just the number of checks scheduled.
Describe the scheduled checks, available evidence, and follow-up process in proposals. This gives prospective clients a concrete view of the service you can provide.
Track completed checks, useful versus noisy alerts, investigation time, and issues resolved. Review coverage gaps separately. Automation can support a repeatable service process; its value depends on the quality of evidence and the team’s response.
Enable one relevant alert for one client. Review its first run and data coverage, confirm the schedule is useful, and expand only when the follow-up process works for your team.
PPC Connect is currently a private pilot. Join early access for launch updates; public trials and paid checkout are not open yet.
Join early accessSaved enabled alerts are queued for background checks on their configured schedule, including while the app is closed. A check needs access to the relevant platform data to complete.
No. Enabling an alert schedules account checks and does not authorize campaign edits. The current scope is account reads, analysis, recommendations, and drafts for review.
Automatic monthly report generation and delivery are awaiting activation. Reporting preferences can be saved, but they do not start delivery. Scheduled alert checks are a separate workflow.
